Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 24, 2025

By using the services of Fresh Paws Pet Waste Removal LLC, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services Provided:
We offer residential and commercial pet waste removal. By initiating service, you agree to our rates, schedule, and policies.

Client Responsibilities:

• Maintain safe, unobstructed yard access

• Keep grass under 4 inches

• Keep aggressive pets indoors during service

• Update pet and yard info in your Client Dashboard

Missed Services:

• If we cannot service your yard due to obstructions, overgrown grass, or unsafe pets, you will still be charged.

• If we must miss service due to weather or emergency and cannot reschedule, you’ll receive a refund or credit.

Payments & Fees:

• Payments are handled via Stripe

• Balances are due within 15 days

• Fees and promotions may change with at least 2 weeks’ notice

Treat Policy:
Our techs may carry treats. If you do not want your pet to receive them, update your Client Dashboard. We are not liable for reactions to treats.

Video/Photo Use:
We may record service for training, safety, or marketing. You may opt out of marketing use by updating your Client Dashboard. Training and operational videos/photos cannot be opted out of.

Liability:

• We are not liable for yard or gate damage, pet escapes, or injuries caused by unsafe pets

• If a pet becomes aggressive, our staff may take necessary action for safety without liability

Cancellation:
Service may be canceled by either party in writing at any time. No refunds for completed cleanups.

Agreement:
By using our service, you agree to these terms.
