Refund Policy

We aim to provide reliable, high-quality service. Please read our refund policy below.

Missed or Canceled Services:

• If we miss a visit due to weather or emergency and cannot reschedule, you will receive a refund or credit

• No refund is given for missed service due to yard inaccessibility, aggressive pets, or overgrown grass

Service Pauses:
If your pet won’t be using the yard temporarily, let us know in advance. We cannot offer refunds for past visits already completed.

Canceling Service:

• You can cancel anytime in writing

• If you cancel before a scheduled visit, you will be refunded

• No refunds for services already completed

Fee Changes:
You will be notified at least 2 weeks in advance of any pricing changes.
